PACE / GOLD committee Meeting Feb 6, Noon
Join me for lunch on Feb 6 to help put some meat on the bones of our schedule of activities for 2007. In Addition to 3 PACE Lectures, 3 GOLD events and 3 WIE events this year,
I think its High time for us to have a conference that would qualify as an M-PAC, but we need a better name, unless this years "2007 Santa Clara Valley Professional Development Conference" sounds like it would work.

I'm especially looking for 3 volunteers to head up some of our more specialized focused areas
1 for Career & Employment, 1 for Technology Policy and 1 for Registration and Licensure (should be a PE!) .

Lunches, or dinners, (not too fancy) at our planning meetings are covered by the Committee's budget.

Our First meeting of the year will be at 12:00 - 1:30 on Feb 6 at Scintera Networks
1154 Sonora Ct, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 in the Challenger conference room. If you can attend, please RSVP with your Sandwich preference so that we can have it ready for you.

On the agenda
Dates for PACE, GOLD and WIE events.
Date and Planning committee for the Prof Devel Workshop.
Budget for the year.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities.
Next Meeting.
